  Fitness Class Description

1-on-1

Personal Training

Available by appointment only. Please call to schedule your session.

Total Body Pump

(60 minutes)

This is a group strength training class. It provides muscular strength and endurance for every major muscle in the body.  The class will focus 20 minutes on upper body strengthening, 20 minutes on lower body, and 20 minutes on core strengthening. It’s a great way to achieve a toned and firm body.

Stepping Seniors

(45 minutes)

This is a group exercise class aimed towards the elderly population. This class will focus on a strengthening and conditioning workout that will increase the ability to perform activities of daily living. Its primary goal will be to benefit one’s balance, posture, and endurance while increasing strength.

 

*Note: This class is helpful for people who suffer from osteoporosis, arthritis, and balance issues.

Awesome Abs

(30 minutes)

This class will focus on tightening and toning the abdominal area of the body. It targets the abdominal and lower body muscles for strong, lean muscles.

Mama Mia

(60 minutes)

This class focuses on mothers, whether new or soon-to-be. Motherhood is an endurance sport and you must train your body if you want to go the distance day after day. This class will help you train your body to improve your health, enhance your figure and boost your energy levels.
